And with that, it’s a wrap.

Thank you for being with me on my month-long journey.

Enjoy the last song in this series.

ProTip: With some effort and luck, I managed to chase this goal.

Day 27 - A song that breaks your heart

Lehrein

Amit Trivedi is one of the better musicians of my generation. The variety, the nuance, the soul he fills his songs with are of a different league altogether.
This song helped me get past my days of heartbreaks. Anusha Mani’s voice fills you with a void — the depths of which your skin can feel

Take a melancholic route with this song today.

ProTip: Where’s my love is another beautiful song with the same mood.

For November, I’ve taken up the 30-day song challenge, where I’ll post one song that meets a new prompt each day. Let’s see how far I go in this project

Day 24 - A song by a band you wish were still together

Hum Naye Geet Sunaye

I wish they were together. Viva was one of the cooler bands I knew. I wish we had more girl bands, who made great music.

I personally liked all their songs. But I guess not everything is destined to be harmonious.

Enjoy today’s Indian counterpart of spice girls here.

ProTip: I watched Channel [V] Popstars also for Purab Kohli. He was the cute quotient on the show by a large margin.

In The Air Tonight

Today, I won’t write much. You need to feel the lyrics and the music to know why this song is the perfect match for today’s prompt.

Without further ado,
Feel the vibe of this song here.

ProTip: Headphones recommended, especially at 3:40.
